1.1 Organic Morphology (2010, Interactive installation)
The media present a new way of nature to people who disconnected. Organic form is a configuration or disassembles by a mathematical algorithm. L-system and the Voronoi tessellation serves as configure the structure as Typical of the theory of this algorithm. Organic structure is the artificial organisms of evolving in real time. Organic structure influenced by spatial generated by the computer like Trees, flowers, grass, differing slightly as their form depending on many parameters of the natural environment. Waveform of the sound in the environment serves as a structure to react to the environment, become variables of conformation transformed. Configured organic forms through the media, which is a natural organism in the new environment.
1.2 Flow structure (2010, 2Channel Video installation)
Motion of the flag, when shake out laundry, shown its movement and shape makes cognitive movement of air visually. Like particle system, Movement of air particles is the flow and cognitive visually, through other things. Cannot see the air, but flow can see. This work evolved the flow of air through the movement of the flag and clothes. The flow has connectivity has an organic form. Flow structure shows the flow of wind through morphological changes of the structure.
1.3 Beginning of the form (2010, video installation)
Beginning of the form Water is the source of every living creature begins. Unicellular creatures begin at the water being created. The water has a condition that the minimum requirements of survival of organisms. I was separated in form of water through computers, according to the Voronoi structure. Disassembled form is shown in the form of creatures creates or moving. This form is organisms as well as a live environment. Audiences look their most basic form of the living environment and live organisms, looking at the piece. A square of frame and the contrast forms of organic video has a meaning as organisms.
1.4 Shapes of Sound( 2008, acrylic)
This work is about sound visualization. "An-nyung"sound was embodied shape in physical environment. Shapes were expressed by each sound spectrum and being topography. Sounds have their own waves.It is expressed by time line. Shapes have speciality from passage of time. Sound visualization shows connected changing waveforms. Being existence has shapes.
